Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancelling before dispatch

You can cancel an order at any time before it is dispatched. Write to contact@roovkart.com or call +91 70656 28225 with your order number, and we will cancel it and refund you in full.

After dispatch

Once an order has been dispatched it can no longer be cancelled. You can still return it free of charge within 30 days under our Return & Exchange Policy.

Cancellation by us

We may cancel an order due to a pricing error, stock unavailability or suspected fraud. If we do, we will tell you why and refund you in full.

Cancellation fee

We do not charge one.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the order, within 7 business days of the cancellation or of an approved return being received. Your bank may take a few days more to reflect the credit.
