Dispatch and delivery

We ship pan-India. Orders are dispatched within 2-3 business days and are typically delivered in 5-7 business days. The exact time depends on your pincode.

Shipping charges

Orders over Rs. 3,000 — standard delivery is free.
Orders under Rs. 3,000 — a flat Rs. 79, shown at checkout before you pay.

Tracking

You will receive tracking details by email as soon as your order is on its way.

Damaged or wrong items

Write to contact@roovkart.com with a photo and we will replace the item at no cost to you.

Delays

Delivery timelines are estimates. Weather, strikes, regional restrictions and courier delays are outside our control. If your order is affected, we will keep you informed.
