Return & Exchange Policy

Return window

You can return or exchange any unworn item within 30 days of delivery, for a full refund or an exchange. Returns are free.

Condition

Items must be:

• Unworn and unwashed.
• Original tags still attached.
• Items marked non-returnable on their product page are excluded.

How to start a return

Write to contact@roovkart.com with your order number and, where relevant, a photo of the item. Our team will confirm the return and arrange the pickup.

Exchanges

We dispatch the replacement once the returned item reaches us and passes inspection. If your size or colour is unavailable, we will issue a refund instead.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method, within 7 business days of an approved return being received. Your bank may take a few days more to reflect the credit.

Damaged or incorrect items

Replaced at no cost to you. Write to us with a photo as soon as you notice.
